UX Design for Great American Craft Spirit

Great American Craft Spirits is the first and only spirits, wine, and brew pavilion and monthly club dedicated solely to America's greatest small-batch craft distillers, brewers, and winemakers. As a freelance UX designer and Shopify e-commerce expert at Digital Moon, I created mobile-first custom web design with user-friendly features for GACS customers.

Task 1: Discovery & Roadmap

 

During the stakeholder consultation session, I discussed with the stakeholder to understand current business needs and project objectives. I created a project roadmap with a timeline that aligned with the business objectives.

Task 2: User Journey & Site Map

​

After the initial consultation with the stakeholder, I created a new site map for the new Shopify site. The site map is planned according to the user's navigational experience of the site. I also project-managed the design and development work of the site based on the site map sections.

Task 3: Color Scheme & Theme Selection

​

I walked the stakeholder through the process of selecting a new color scheme and website theme based on my understanding and research of the GACS brand and products.

Task 4: Prototype

​

With Figma design tool and Shopify website editor, I created multiple drafts of website prototypes and reviewed them with the stakeholder. I was responsible for researching and selecting the best Shopify apps that would meet the stakeholder's business needs.
